MGB 4033 : SWOT analysis

salam everyone,

we meet again here :)

today, i would like to share with all of you how to conduct SWOT analysis.

what is SWOT analysis ? 

SWOT analysis are consist of : strengths, weaknesses, opportunity and threats.

then,SWOT analysis are divide into two ; 

internal control :

strengths and weaknesses.

external control :

opportunity and threats.

conclusion :

jot down all the information that you found in the box.

build the strength and address the awarenesses also consider the opportunity and guard against to the threat that you found and compare. we can know in what condition we made.

SWOT analysis really helpful in the business also we can use SWOT analysis to others things.
